About This Plan

Great interior space, double stacked porches and a modern floor plan full of functional and comfortable rooms outline this Craftsman house plan. This two-story plan features four bedrooms and two plus bathrooms in over 3,000 square feet of usable living space. Entrance into the foyer immediately greets you with the formal living room and dining room, and half bathroom before opening up to the spacious family room. Designed with a tray ceiling and built-in shelving between the fireplace, the family room furnishes an exceptional atmosphere for family gatherings.
